Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the mpo365 platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered using false information, or accounts created to circumvent suspension or self-exclusion will be closed immediately. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You must ensure that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up-to-date. If your contact details, residential address, or banking information changes, you must update your account information promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support. mpo365 reserves the right to suspend accounts with outdated or incorrect information until verification is completed.
mpo365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated responsible gaming guidelines, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus pending withdrawals and wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered bank account within 7-14 business days.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements (turnover), minimum odds requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type. For example, a common structure might be 5x turnover for sports betting and 15x turnover for casino games. This means if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 5x wagering, you must place bets totaling Rp 5,000,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Limits are in place to manage risk and maintain fair play. If your requested stake exceeds the maximum allowed, your bet will be automatically rejected or reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms: arbitrage betting (back-and-lay strategies across multiple platforms), syndicate betting, use of automated betting software or bots, insider trading or use of non-public information, match-fixing or collusion with other players, and any form of cheating or fraud. Accounts engaged in prohibited practices will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the respective governing bodies. Togel results are settled based on official draw results from the respective lottery authorities (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer decisions. Settlement times vary by product: most sports bets are settled within minutes of event conclusion, togel bets are settled immediately after official results are published, and casino games settle instantly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of mpo365 services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
The failure of mpo365 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
